Information you share

When you request an order, you may share your name, email, phone number, shipping address, personalization details, and notes. The request is sent through WhatsApp so we can confirm the design, timing, and delivery details with you.

How it is used

We use this information to prepare your quote, make and deliver your order, answer questions, and provide customer support. We do not sell customer information.

Cart and third-party services

Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it remains available between visits. WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own privacy policies when you contact us through those services.

Email info@arborandco.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you shared directly with Arbor & Co.
