Information you share

Before Stripe Checkout opens, your selected options, exact personalization text, and any preview snapshot are saved in private storage on Vercel. Stripe collects payment, billing, and delivery details. Once the payment clears, the contact and shipping details needed to make and deliver the order are saved with its private payment event. The public status page exposes no customer details.

How it is used

We use this information to prepare your quote, make and deliver your order, answer questions, and provide customer support. We do not sell customer information.

Cart and third-party services

Your cart, design drafts, and any preview snapshots are stored locally in your browser between visits. The private token that lets you check your order status is kept in this browser tab only. A design link includes the selected wording and options; anyone you share it with can read them. You can remove cart items or clear this site’s browser storage at any time. Stripe, WhatsApp, and your email provider process information under their own privacy policies when you contact us through those services.

Website usage

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and basic actions such as opening a preview or saving a request. Our analytics events exclude your wording, contact details, design links, and request reference. We remove query strings and fragments from tracked URLs and respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting.
