Checkout and confirmation
Review your selected options and exact wording, then continue to Stripe to enter delivery and payment details. Your order is confirmed after Stripe verifies successful payment, or verifies a completed zero-cost order when a valid free-board code applies. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before you complete checkout. Corporate and bulk inquiries continue through the studio for a tailored quote.
Handcrafted variation
Walnut grain, live edges, resin movement, and color can vary naturally from photographs and previews. These variations are part of each handmade piece.
Personalization
You are responsible for checking names, dates, Hebrew or English wording, the font number, and any other custom details in the review step before payment. The lettering shown on screen is a close likeness; the numbered font sample is the one we work from. Gift notes are separate from engraving. Coaster sets do not include engraving.
Production and delivery
Contact the studio for the current production estimate before ordering. Shipping transit begins after dispatch and is additional to production time. Production and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. If you need the piece for a particular date, check with the studio before ordering.
Changes and cancellations
Contact the studio before ordering to confirm the change and cancellation cutoff for your piece. If a placed order needs a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order reference and the requested change. We will check the production status; changes may not be possible after work begins.
Personalized returns
Confirm return eligibility with the studio before ordering a personalized piece. To discuss a return, contact us with your order reference and the reason. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.
Damage, defects, or an incorrect order
Contact the studio promptly with your order reference, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and confirm the next steps.
