Requests and confirmation

Submitting the website form sends an order request, not a completed purchase. We will confirm the selected options, personalized wording, price, production timing, shipping, and payment details with you before work begins.

Handcrafted variation

Walnut grain, live edges, resin movement, and color can vary naturally from photographs and previews. These variations are part of each handmade piece.

Personalization

You are responsible for approving names, dates, Hebrew or English wording, and other custom details. We will ask for written confirmation before permanent personalization begins.

Timing, changes, and returns

Production and shipping dates are estimates until confirmed. The change, cancellation, and return terms for a personalized order will be provided with your final order confirmation before payment.
